FRESH IMPORTS > Terms and Conditions:

• Live plants are listed as soon as they arrive and are offered at a whopping 20% discount while we unpack
• As soon as they are potted up and hit the lights, the acclimatisation process starts and the price goes back up
• All fresh imports are sent in the original packaging - a labeled plastic container or ziplock bag with roots wrapped in damp paper towels
• Due to seasonal differences, many of our live plant imports arrive as dormant rhizomes and most typically present with cut pitchers and traps according to customs regulations 
• We recommend fresh imports for those with a little more experience in the carnivorous plant world.  Plants are sent bareroot and will need further acclimatisation on your end.  Some species may also need special attention with regards to growing conditions.  We strongly advise on doing the relevant research on the growing conditions of each species prior to placing your order
• Plants are listed in dedicated sizes (see individual listings) and are available only while stocks last.  Each plant is listed with a order code {a # number}.  As these plants are only available for a limited time, we’ll relist the remaining items with initial and representative images once potted and these will be moved to the various categories as ‘Early access’ plants.  Photos per order code are available via Whatsapp during our business hours > Contact Therese @ Cultivo on 0646289497
