Track your parcel

Our delivery options:
  • For your convenience, we offer curbside collections from our premises as well as various shipping options from as low as R100 per order at the checkout section
  • From the 15th of January 2021, NO RUSH courier and Postnet parcels will be sent on Mondays only and EXPRESS Courier orders will be sent on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays (and occasionally on Thursday) to try and get your order to you before the weekend
  • As many of our customers are aware, most couriers prohibit the transport of live plants and plant products.  Therefor we use various shipping carriers to try and balance these restrictions with our time sensitive cargo, while keeping the shipping cost to our clients as low as possible
  • Collections from our premises are to be arranged at least one day in advance and details on how to book a collection will be provided in the progress update e-mails as soon as your order is ready

Courier and Postnet:

  • Once your parcel has left our premises, we will update the status of your order with a tracking number and inform you of the shipment via email (and SMS if you have selected this option)
    • Your order status page can be accessed by clicking on the blue "view my order" button at the bottom of any of the order progress e-mails
  • For easy reference, the tracking number will be highlighted and link back to this page
    • To track your parcel, click on the relevant carrier image below to open the web link and enter your tracking number to track the progress of your shipment
      • Please note that it may take a couple of hours for updates to reflect on the tracking system

    Hand deliveries: 

    • 2020 has been tough on us all and we'd love to support other small-businesses to help in any way we can.  Local hand-deliveries are facilitated by one of our community courier services which generally operates from Monday to Friday, within business hours.  Upon booking we will update your order status with an estimate delivery date and more often than not, you will also be informed by the driver once your parcel is on its way

    General shipping notes:

      • We make use of 3rd party courier companies and prices are subject to change without prior notice
      • Shipping times are only an estimate provided by each company.  Each shipping carrier holds their own schedule and we have no control over actual delivery times.  If you cannot locate your parcel please contact us so that we can assist and follow up with them
