• How to place your order:  Send us an email with your order and necessary details, and we'll get back to you with an official quote. Payment is due upon ordering and the quote will be valid for 2 days
• Payment methods: Payments can be made via bank transfer or EFT, and is required at the time of placing your order (banking details will be provided)
• Lead-time 7-10 days:  Summer is our busiest season, and our value packs are carefully picked, packed, and prepped specifically for your order.  We'll let you know you as soon as it's ready to go
• Shipping & Delivery: 
• Please note that our free shipping offer on the website does not apply to value packs and bulk orders. To ensure a smooth process and prevent any potential complications, we do not allow the use of private or independent courier services
• For delivery, the plants will be shipped through The Courier Guy, and the associated delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. These delivery expenses will be provided as a separate quote at the time of the order and billed accordingly
