- The first pitchers show a contrasting striped peristome of lowii and very bulbous, dark pitchers. It is suspected that the pitchers will look similar to a dark veitchii x lowii, which has already proven to be a great hybride
- Also noteworthy is the ring of hairs on the outside of the pitcher lid and the broad wings
