What if I need more time? If your consultation runs over the selected time, you can extend the session (time permitting) at an additional rate or schedule a follow-up consultation.
Note: Sessions are billed in 30-minute blocks. For example:
- 20 minutes = 30-minute rate (R250).
- 40 minutes = 1-hour rate (R400).
- 1 hour 15 minutes = 1.5 hours (R600).
Travel Fees: For in-person consultations outside Centurion, travel is charged at R5 per kilometre (return trip). For example, if your location is 20km away, the total travel fee would be R200 (20km x 2 for return trip x R5). This will be calculated and confirmed before the booking is finalised.
