Due to the fragile nature of our shipment, we use door-to-door couriers - which take really good care of our packages and will ensure that we get your new plant(s) to you as soon as possible - a tracking number will be provided and you will be kept in the loop as your package makes its way to youย
In order to simplify matters we offer a flat rate courier to your door service no matter where you are located within South Africa
We aim to get your order to you in the fastest possible timeframe.ย Shipping rates are dependent on the volumetric weight (size) of the parcel
Note that the shipping rate do not only include the actual cost of the fastest courier option, but also packaging materials and time to get your order to you in tip-top shape
If you are close by, you are welcome place your order online and collect from us in Centurion.ย Collections can be done by friends, family, colleagues, even your own driver, but unfortunately we do not allow third party couriers. Our experience is that this tend add complexity to our process and lead to delays
