Track your parcel

  • For your convenience, we offer local pickup from the Strawberry pot nursery as well as various shipping options, nationwide, from as low as R100 per order at the checkout section
  • Orders are processed within 1-3 days and shipping arrangements are made once payment reflects in our account.¬†Parcels via courier and Postnet are sent Mondays to Fridays (excl public holidays)
  • As most of our customers are aware, many courier companies have restrictions on¬†transporting live plants and plant products.¬† Therefor we use various shipping carriers to try and balance these restrictions with our time sensitive cargo while keeping the shipping cost to our clients as low as possible

GENERAL NOTES

  • Orders are only released once payment reflects in our account
  • We make use of 3rd party courier services to deliver our goods and prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Proposed shipping times are provided by the shipping carrier. By estimation, your order should be delivered within 1-4 Business days from the day it was sent, allow an additional 48hours for urban and rural areas
  • Each shipping carrier holds their own schedule and once your order is handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over your parcel ie. address changes, actual delivery times, etc
  • For postnet and courier parcels, a tracking number will be provided for you to track the progress of your shipment.¬† If you can not locate your parcel or have not received your order within the estimated timeframe please contact us immediately so that we can assist and follow up with them
  • We make use of 3rd party couriers to deliver our goods. In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery

HOW WILL YOU BE RECEIVING YOUR ORDER?

Local pickup (Collecting your order from Strawberry pot)
  • Collection details will be provided in the progress update e-mails as soon as your order is ready for collection
  • Once processed, online orders may be collected from the Strawberry pot nursery in Centurion at your convenience
  • The nursery is open 7 days a week and there‚Äôs no need to schedule an appointment - once your receive the email notification, head over to the nursery and simply use your name and order number as reference
Courier to your door
  • Please ensure that you have completed the shipping address in full on your account and inform us promptly if there are any changes to be made
  • WHERE TO FIND THE TRACKING NUMBER¬†‚짬†Once your parcel is collected by the courier, we will update the status of your order with the name of the shipping carrier, as well as the tracking number and inform you of this update via email
  • Your order status page can be accessed by clicking on the blue "view your order" button at the bottom of any of the order progress e-mails
  • We send parcels nationwide, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday). Delivery times are usually 1-4 business days (excluding weekends)
  • In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery

Postnet 2 Postnet
  • Ensure that you have entered the name of the closest Postnet branch on your account information.¬† If you have not yet done so, please update this as soon as possible to avoid any delays
  • WHERE TO FIND THE TRACKING NUMBER ‚ě§ Once your parcel is accepted by our local Postnet branch, we will update the status of your order with the tracking number and inform you of the shipment via email
  • Your order status page can be accessed by clicking on the blue "view your order" button at the bottom of any of the order progress e-mails
  • Postnet parcels are usually delivered within 1-3 business days (no weekends). In most cases, a representative at your local branch will also inform you as soon as your parcel is ready for collection
  • HOW TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL ‚ě§ Make a note of your tracking number and click on the image below to open Postnet's tracking system. Type your tracking number in the 'Tracking number' field and press Enter (Note that it may take a couple of hours for updates to reflect on their tracking system)

Local hand deliveries
  • For over a year, the corona virus pandemic has had unprecedented, widespread impacts on many households and in support we also try and help other small-businesses in any way we can.¬† Hand-delivery is an in-person delivery service, facilitated by various entrepreneurs and companies within our local community. This service is operational on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 7pm
  • Once collected from our premises, orders are delivered to your address within 48hours. We may at times upgrade your selected courier option to a personal hand delivery as a special surprise. As soon as your order is handed over to the driver, we will update your order status accordingly
