  • For your convenience, we offer various shipping & delivery options - nationwide - from as low as R112 per order.  You are also welcome to collect your order from Strawberry pot nursery in Centurion (*select your preferred delivery method at the checkout section)
  • Paid orders are typically ready to ship within 24 hours and goods are only released once payment reflects in our account. We ship parcels via courier and Postnet on regular weekdays (with the exception of public holidays)
  • As many of our customers are aware, most courier companies have restrictions on transporting live plants and plant products.  Therefor we use various shipping carriers to try and balance these restrictions with our time sensitive cargo while keeping the shipping cost to our clients as low as possible


  • In order to provide our online shopping service to both local and international customers, we make use of external courier services for deliveries and prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • SHIPPING, TRANSIT & DELIVERY TIMES ➤We generally send parcels from Monday to Friday.  Transit times between major centers range from 1 to 5 Business days.  Allow additional time for delivery to regional and remote areas.  Transit times are based on business (working days) and do not include weekends or public holidays
  • Although we pack plants securely to ensure a safe journey, we still aim to get your plants to you before a weekend
  • Paid orders are typically processed within 24 hours and in most cases we ship according to the following schedule: 
    • Online order collections and local (Gauteng):  MON-FRI;
    • Main centers and most regional:  MON-WED; and
    • Rural areas are generally serviced only on certain days therefor we limit these shipments on Mondays and Tuesdays only 
  • Each shipping carrier holds their own schedule and once your order is handed over to the courier, we no longer have control over your parcel ie. address changes, actual delivery times, etc
  • For courier deliveries a tracking number will be provided for you to track the progress of your shipment.  If you can not find your tracking number get in touch with us so we can assist.  If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe please contact the courier company directly
  • Once your parcel is dropped off at the hub, we will update the status of your order with the name of the shipping carrier, as well as the tracking number and inform you of this update via email
  • Your order status page can be accessed by clicking on the blue "track your order - order status" button at the bottom of any of the order progress e-mails

Local pickup (Collecting your order from Strawberry pot nursery)
  • Collection details will be provided in the progress update e-mails and we will update your order status as soon as your order is ready for collection
  • Once processed, online orders may be collected from Strawberry pot nursery in Centurion at your convenience
  • The nursery is open 7 days a week and there’s no need to schedule an appointment - once your receive the email notification, head over to the nursery and simply use your name and order number as reference
Courier to your door
  • We make use of 3rd party courier services and charge standard rates - In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery
  • HOW TO TRACK YOUR PARCEL ➤ Make a note of the tracking number and click on the relevant carrier image below.  Type the tracking number in the search field and press Enter (Note that it may take a couple of hours for new shipments to show up on their system). For any queries, please follow up with the relevant courier service directly

Local hand deliveries
  • 'Local Hand-delivery' is an in-person delivery service, facilitated by the Community courier.  This service is operational on weekdays (Monday to Friday) between 8am and 7pm
  • Once collected from our premises, orders are delivered to your address within 1-2 days. We may at times upgrade your selected courier option to a personal hand delivery as a special surprise. As soon as we book your order for delivery, we will update your order status with the booking link
  • HOW TO TRACK YOUR HAND DELIVERY ➤ Click on the tracking link in your order status page for delivery details.  You will also receive an SMS as soon as the driver is on his way

Please follow up with your local branch if you have not been contacted by a Postnet representative within 4 business days
