I've wanted a Mimosa Pudica (Touch me not) or "kruidjie-roer-my-nie" plant, as it has always fascinated me. My Dad loved his, but has since passed away and so had his little forget-me-not. 🌞 How to Care for Your Sensitive Plant
- Sunlight: Loves full sun or bright, indirect light—aim for at least 6 hours of morning sun - the more the better!
- Watering: Keep soil moist but not soggy—water every other day like a regular houseplant
- Potting Mix: Grows well in aerated soil (garden compost mixed with potting soil and some perlite or silica sand for drainage)
- Winter Care: It’s semi-tropical, so keep it warm & protected from frost
- Feeding: Use a nitrogen-rich fertiliser once a month in summer for best growth
