• Fully acclimatised for outdoor growing in South African conditions - no greenhouse hardening or special equipment required.

• Seasonal growth note: Temperate carnivorous plants naturally slow down and rest during the colder months. At this time, plants will appear very small with tiny traps or trimmed pitchers.
• With the return of warmer weather and longer days, your mini garden will wake up, grow actively through spring and reach full display in summer.

• Designed for easy outdoor growing: Place your Mini Savage Garden where it receives 6–8 hours of direct sunlight per day.

  To keep these Mini Savage Gardens flowing smoothly, planter colours are selected at random. Each mini garden is hand-finished with a vibrant deco planter chosen to complement the plants beautifully. If you have a strong colour preference for a gift, you’re welcome to WhatsApp us before ordering and we’ll try our best to accommodate (subject to availability).

• How do I care for my Mini Savage Garden?
  Place your mini garden outdoors where it receives 6–8 hours of direct, unfiltered sunlight every day. Keep the tray filled with purified, rain, or distilled water at all times. That’s it - no feeding, no fuss.

• When should I repot my Mini Savage Garden?
  Your Mini Savage Garden can be kept exactly as is in its special soil until the end of next winter. After that, you can either split the plants into individual pots or transplant the garden as a whole into a larger 15cm planter, depending on how you’d like to grow it on.

We partner with Pargo because it forms part of our approved fragile-goods courier network. Parcels are stored indoors at local businesses, protected from heat, direct sunlight and the weather until collection. It's an excellent option if you're not home during the day or prefer collecting your parcel when it's convenient.

To protect every order and uphold our Arrive-Alive Guarantee, we use only Pargo and other approved delivery services trusted to transport fragile and temperature-sensitive plants safely.

• Just a quick heads-up: Since plants are natural products, you might notice some slight variations when unboxing your plants
• We do our best to make sure the plants you receive look like the ones in the photos, but keep in mind that seasons change and plants grow. Some leaves might age and die off, new ones might sprout and the plants may look a bit different over time
• Cultivo is a boutique-style store and 99% of what we sell are one-of-a-kind collector items, so you will receive the exact plant pictured. Some are once-off or limited releases, which means they are available only while stocks last. The labels are spot on, so even if the plant looks a bit different, we 100% guarantee it’s the real deal
