💬 Cultivo Carnivores is a boutique-style store, so plants are grown and prepared in small batches. Alongside plants from our own breeding program, we also bring in imports from world-class growers abroad, offering rare species and unique genetics you won’t find elsewhere. At Cultivo, it’s all (and always) about Quality and Variety — every plant is hand-selected and prepared with care. We don’t mass produce cookie-cutter clones.
Stock availability depends on the plant or product:
- Beginner Range: Restocked regularly, based on seasonal growth. These plants are available in different ages and sizes (e.g. 3-year, 4-year, 5-year old) and always come pre-planted in our tailor-made PROmixes for each species. Once a plant is fully settled in and passes Cultivo’s quality checks, it’s listed as available / in stock.
- Collector Plants & Limited Releases: 99% of these are unique, one-of-a-kind collector plants, listed as “exact plant pictured.” They include once-off deals, seed-grown originals, rare species, special collector imports, or limited small-batch releases. Once sold out, they’re gone and may not return anytime soon (or at all).
- Companion Plants: Touch-Me-Nots and Peperomia strings are released in small, seed-grown batches and often in different sizes. These are seasonal — once sold out for the year, they’re gone until the next cycle (weather-permitting). Dancing Plants, Trigger Plants & Mini Orchids → While listed under Companion Plants, these are once-off, exact-plant-pictured items. Each is unique and sold as shown in the photos — once gone, it won’t return in the same form (or at all).
- Wholesale: Although I’m not a traditional wholesaler, I occasionally offer limited-release bulk deals at discounted rates from the Beginner Range when clearing space for new imports. These special offers are usually seasonal and ideal for larger projects like bog gardens, terrariums & paludariums and stockists & resellers looking to expand their range.
Notify me / Restock Updates:
- Due to the nature of our boutique-style store, automated “notify-me” or “back in stock” alerts aren’t practical. Seasonal Companions and Beginner Range plants are simply relisted with an Add to Cart button once they’re ready. On the collector side, if a variant of a small-batch plant returns, it will be added to the original listing (with updated photos and details) and also featured in the New Arrivals Collection.
