Step up your growing game with our rare and unusual carnivorous plants, hand-selected for collectors and enthusiasts. Each plant is locally grown, fully acclimatised to South African conditions and chosen for its unique features, striking colours, or impressive traps.

Expect to find collector Nepenthes, imported hybrids, rare Mexican butterworts and unusual sundews, bladderworts and pitcher plant species. These are once-off or limited-edition plants - when they’re gone, they’re gone!

Most collector plants are shipped bareroot as standard, with roots carefully wrapped for safe delivery. For species with delicate root systems or seedlings, we use our Rootball Plugs™, which protect fragile roots and are planted directly without removal. Occasionally, if a plant is already potted and it is safe to ship, we offer a pre-planted option

This shipping style is for your convenience - safer transport, lower courier costs and the freedom to plant directly into your own terrarium, display pot, or bog garden.
