• COLLECTION TIMES:
• Orders may be collected at your convenience during business hours on:
• Mondays to Saturdays between 08h00 and 17h00, and
• Sundays and public holidays between 09h00 and 13h00
• GENERAL NOTES ON ORDER COLLECTIONS:
• All of our sales are managed via our website and orders are only processed once payment reflects in our account.  Unpaid orders are reserved for 48 hours, where after it is automatically cancelled by the system and the items relisted

• Prices start from R119 and shipping rates are determined by volumetric weight (size of the parcel) - The shipping rate will be calculated at checkout
• Paid orders are typically processed orders within 24-48 hours and are sent on regular weekdays
• We will update your order with a tracking number once your parcel is on its way
• The parcel will be delivered to your shipping address.  Please note that a physical address is required - couriers can not deliver to PO BOX's - and an incomplete address will lead to delays
• A signature may be required to take receipt of your parcel
• DELIVERY TIMES:
• Depending on your location and preferred shipping option, delivery is estimated between 1 and 5 business days (Excluding weekends and public holidays).  Allow additional time for regional and urban areas

POSTNET 2 POSTNET

• Search for your local POSTNET branch and enter the Branch name at checkout to avoid delays
• Place your order online and select the "Postnet 2 Postnet" shipping option at the checkout section
• Prices start from R119 and total costs are determined by volumetric weight (size of the parcel) - The calculated shipping fee will be shown at checkout
• Paid orders are typically processed orders within 24-48 hours and are sent on regular weekdays - transit time 2-4 business days
• As soon as your order is on its way we will update your order status with a tracking number.  The tracking number will be available on your order history page - This page can be accessed by clicking on the blue "Track your order" button on any of the order e-mails
• The parcel will be delivered to the specified Postnet branch.  You will be notified by the branch once your parcel is available for collection
• A signature may be required to take receipt of your parcel
