Seller description
- Nepenthes hispida belongs to the lowland species from Sarawak, Borneo with an altitudinal range of 100-800 m.a.s.l.
- The epithet "hispida" means shaggy or bristly and refers to the bristly stems and leaves of the species. There is a relationship to Nepenthes hirsuta and the species status is in doubt
- The cup-shaped pitchers are green and may show a faint mottled pattern, the narrow peristome is reddish or green, and the pitcher inner rivets are usually contrastingly mottled red
Restock Alerts
- Because Cultivo is a boutique-style store, most of our collector’s plants are one-of-a-kind “exact plant pictured” or limited seasonal releases. That means once they’re sold, they’re gone - so standard restock notifications aren’t practical here
- A few seasonal plants or variants of small-batch releases may return in the future. If that happens, we’ll update the original listing with new photos and details
