Heliamphora chimantensis • Pure Species • Wistuba Clone 2
A true collectible gem - this Heliamphora chimantensis is a direct import from Wistuba, Germany, fully acclimatised to local conditions and supplied as a healthy juvenile plant in a Cultivo Rootball Plug™. Perfect for potting up or adding straight to your terrarium setup
Native to the Chimanta Massif in Venezuela, this species is known for its fast growth, upright pitchers, and tight clumping habit. In the wild, these plants form huge colonies high up on the Chimanta and Apacara Tepui, at elevations of 1900–2100 m, thriving in cool, misty conditions
Expect pitchers that shift from yellow-green to deep red as they mature, each topped with a striking red nectar spoon — a signature trait for this pure species. In cultivation, plants stay compact and easy to manage, rarely exceeding 20 cm in height
📸 Only one available - you’ll receive the exact plant pictured
Origin: Chimanta, Venezuela
Clone: Wistuba Clone 2
Delivered: Juvenile plant in a Cultivo Rootball Plug™ with live sphagnum moss top dressing. Fully acclimatised and ready to grow!
Add this rare collector’s species to your Heliamphora lineup and enjoy watching it clump beautifully over time
- Because Cultivo is a boutique-style store, most of our collector’s plants are one-of-a-kind “exact plant pictured” or limited seasonal releases. That means once they’re sold, they’re gone - so standard restock notifications aren’t practical here
- A few seasonal plants or variants of small-batch releases may return in the future. If that happens, we’ll update the original listing with new photos and details
