Nepenthes glandulifera × undulatifolia

New hybrid alert! This exciting cross between Nepenthes glandulifera and undulatifolia is a recent Wistuba release, combining two rare and charismatic tropical pitcher plant species with incredible potential.

What makes it special? Both parents produce strong funnel-shaped upper pitchers and this seed-grown clone is already showing hints of that striking form, even in its juvenile stage. With time, we expect a bold peristome, flared pitchers and possibly glandular traits from N. glandulifera.

This is a fully acclimatised, WYSIWYG individual seed-grown clone (ISC) from our 2024 Wistuba import - a healthy young plant with a 7–9cm leafspan and juvenile pitchers starting to develop. It’s growing happily in intermediate conditions and is proving to be super easy so far – ideal for beginners and collectors alike!
