This batch of Sarracenia purpurea ssp. venosa f. compact comes from open-pollinated plants. The mother plant has classic squat venosa form, but as this is an open-pollinated batch, hybrids may occur.

Seeds were collected in Summer 23/24 and batch-tested for viability. As with all temperate Sarracenia species, these seeds require cold stratification for successful germination.
