When does it start growing again?
Rubra forms are often the first Sarracenia to wake up in spring. While many other species are still dormant this one sends up its first traps early in the season - usually from early September in SA. Give it full sun and you’ll see new growth in no time!

What can I expect on arrival?
This plant is sent as a healthy trimmed rhizome with visible growth points. Depending on the season it may have few or no pitchers yet - especially after dormancy. With the right care and full sun new traps will grow as the plant settles into its new home.
