Product Details

This is a once-off collector’s release of Utricularia cornigera × nelumbifolia — an exceptionally rare epiphytic bladderwort hybrid, and one of the showiest in the genus. You’ll receive the exact plant pictured, currently in flower and growing in an oversized 8cm plug — a true gem from our original import stock.

This cross combines two giant species and delivers on everything: bold, paddle-shaped leaves, upright structure, and large, orchid-like flowers when mature. The plant on offer here is already flowering — making it a standout specimen for collectors who want something fully established and already showing its best traits.

This hybrid was personally imported from Christian Klein in Germany and has been carefully grown out at Cultivo under high-humidity, terrarium-like conditions. Plants of this size, condition, and flowering stage are rarely available — this is a one-time opportunity.

🪴 Growing Tips & Care Info
