Most Venus flytraps grow to around 10–12cm across, with actual traps reaching 2–3cm. Some cultivars can grow up to 15cm, with traps up to 4cm (or even 5cm!) in ideal conditions. But those YouTube videos of giant traps munching birds or sheep? Nu-uh... not real! 😉
